Thank you for shopping with us! We partner exclusively with Printify and their network of print providers to create and ship our products. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and fulfilled directly through Printify.

  • Processing times vary by product and print provider, but most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days after purchase.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if available) once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Shipping times depend on the print provider and your location.

  • Typical delivery timeframes (after processing) are:

    • United States: 3–8 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on country and customs)

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping destination, and the print provider fulfilling your order.

  • Multiple products may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different providers.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers (when available) will be sent to your email once your order ships.

  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking once they leave the U.S. or fulfillment country.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work directly with Printify and their providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Since all products are made-to-order, processing and shipping times may vary.

  • Holiday seasons or global events (such as supply chain disruptions) may cause longer fulfillment and shipping times.

  • We do not ship or handle products ourselves—everything is fulfilled through Printify’s network.
